Attorney George Wahbeh
George Wahbeh is an Illinois licensed attorney with a business and entrepreneurial background. He has extensive experience with both start ups as well as established small businesses such as gas stations, restaurants, convenience stores, laser hair removal centers, logistic companies, and energy brokers.
Mr. Wahbeh has experience in both Plaintiff and Defendant representation in civil matters. He has helped successfully defend clients in Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices complaints brought by the Illinois Attorney General’s office, Administrative Hearings on strict compliance with city code violations, and complaints by the Chicago Department of Business Affairs.Mr. Wahbeh also defends clients in traffic and DUI citations. He handles sealing and expungement of driving and criminal records.
Whether it is representing businesses or individuals, he has helped clients bring actions as well as defend against actions for breach of contracts including lease agreements, past due invoices, and more. Mr. Wahbeh handles a diverse caseload drafting and negotiating medical director agreements, supply agreements, sale and purchase agreements, filing for various business licenses and other business related endeavors.

Mr. Wahbeh received his Bachelor’s from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in Psychology and Business. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School.
